Performance Agreement
If you are cast, you must complete the Performance Agreement by Friday, September 25, 2026 to participate.
Meetings
Mandatory Parent Meeting – Saturday, September 19
If your child is cast, you must attend this important meeting from 6-7 PM. We’ll walk you through everything needed to ensure a smooth, positive experience for your performer.
This meeting is for parents only — childcare will be provided in the studio. Enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres while connecting with other parents.
If you truly cannot attend, email us right away so we can get you the information.
Rehearsal & Performance Schedule
- September 26 & 27: Rehearsals Begin
- December 12 & 13: Studio Dress Rehearsal + Nutcracker Studio Portraits
- December 14 – 18: Theatre Dress Rehearsal
- December 19 & 20: Performances
The schedule is subject to change once all parts are cast; check the Google Calendar for the most up-to-date schedule.
Performance Fees
- Company Members (B5/6 or equivalent from other school): $350
- Apprentices (B4 or equivalent from other school): $265
- PB-B3 ABA Students (or equivalent from other school): $215
Discounts
- Sibling Discount: 20% discount on the 2nd child (not the total owed)
- ACB Partial Scholarship: $70 (prior approval needed)
